Show Notes

Do you follow all the 'shoulds' in business on how to show up and sell? Well, today I'm joined by Katherine Mackenzie-Smith, who will be breaking down visibility, and why there are seasons to it that you might not have noticed before. We discuss why there are fundamental things that you need to do for your business to function. Typically, you don't start your business for these things, but it's part of the journey and how to handle juggling the good pieces with the not-so-fun features with using the seasons to your advantage.

If you're not feeling like using social media to get visibility on your business, that's ok, but we explore that you need to use some channel, whether in-person events or paid ads; you need to find a way that works for you to gain visibility. And when it comes to visibility, it's not about going hard 24/7 on being visible, selling all the time, but instead trusting that when the time comes to rest and pause, it's ok to do that.

We discuss why you'll resent and feel worn out by your business if you're putting too much pressure on yourself to create content because you're worried about when the next invoice is coming in and how to prevent that from happening. If that sounds like you, then listen to this week's episode.
