Show Notes

Are you going through something that feels like there is no way out? Or maybe you're finding it hard to see the meaning and purpose of your hardships. Today Rach Wilson, a Relationship Coach, joins me to share all about her 'Hell Year' and how at the end of it, it helped guide her to be doing the work she is doing today.

Rach shares her experience with her special needs kids, that have had many challenges (some still ongoing), and what it was like juggling family life, her marriage and taking care of her son. She opens up about the hardship, being ready to end it all and the joy that came when they finally found a solution. As Rach mentions in this episode, you have to trust that whatever comes your way, you can handle it, and she demonstrated that in her experience bringing up her children.
